Each individual may hold only one active garogem account. Creating duplicate accounts or sharing an account with another person is a breach of these Terms.
All transactions at garogem are in PHP. Deposits and withdrawals use local Philippine payment channels. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for wagering.
All games and bets on garogem involve risk. No outcome is guaranteed. Gaming is entertainment — never treat it as a source of income or a way to recover losses.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. Do not share your password or OTP with anyone. Notify garogem immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers via Instapay and PESONet, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya where available. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering payment methods.
Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified Philippine bank account or supported local e-wallet. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. garogem processes withdrawal requests in accordance with its internal procedures. Processing times may vary.
garogem reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large transactions as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name.
Each game category on garogem — slots, live casino, eBingo, fish games, and sports betting — is governed by its own specific game rules displayed within the platform. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable rules for that game.
All game results are determined by certified random number generators (for electronic games) or live dealer procedures (for live casino). garogem does not alter game outcomes. In the event of a technical error during a game, garogem reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes where applicable.
Sports betting markets and odds are determined at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding except in cases where garogem identifies an obvious pricing error. Live betting results are determined by official sporting outcomes.
garogem may offer bonuses, promotions, or cashback programs from time to time. The specific terms, eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, and validity periods applicable to any active promotion will be stated in the promotion details at the time it is offered. General statements in these Terms do not constitute a commitment to any specific bonus value or terms.
Attempting to abuse promotions — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.
garogem is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is intended for entertainment only. No game result is guaranteed, and gaming should never be used as a way to generate income or to recover financial losses.
If you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to use the tools available on the Responsible Gaming page, including deposit and session management options. garogem supports players who choose to self-exclude or set limits on their accounts.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
garogem reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or activity that garogem reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform or other players.
You may close your account at any time by contacting garogem support. Any outstanding verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you after all pending wagering activity has been settled, subject to identity verification requirements.
garogem provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, garogem's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real money funds held in your account balance at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. garogem is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
garogem collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using garogem, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Your data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and to provide and improve the platform experience.
garogem may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
